Parijat Ghosh

Parijat Ghosh is the Managing Partner of Bain & Company's India offices. He has led the firm's Asia Pacific Results Delivery® practice and is an expert in the Healthcare & Life-Sciences and Advanced Manufacturing & Services practices.

He has more than 20 years of management consulting experience throughout India, the United States, and Europe.

Parijat has deep experience across the healthcare value chain in India, SEA, and other Emerging Markets including innovator and generic brands, consumer healthcare, API, CDMO, providers, retail pharmacy, private equity, and health-tech. He has led multiple revenue, customer, digital, and cost transformations in healthcare and pharmaceuticals. He is experienced in corporate & business unit strategy (incl. M&A and integration), revenue acceleration and operating model across global MNCs and APAC/ Indian champions. He has also worked extensively with financial Investors in healthcare & life-sciences for diligence and value creation. He also has substantial industry experience in automotive and building products.

Prior to joining Bain, Parijat has worked at other global consulting firms.

Parijat earned an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and holds a graduate degree in B. Tech (Honors) in Manufacturing Science and Engineering from the IIT, Kharagpur.
