Nikki Ruklic

Nikki Ruklic is a member of Bain's Private Equity and Retail practices. She has more than 15 years of industry and consulting experience and previously worked in the firm's San Francisco office.

Nikki splits her time between working with financial investor clients on due diligence projects and working with corporate clients on topics ranging from digital strategy to performance improvement. She has extensive experience in the retail, consumer products, digital and technology industries.

Prior to joining Bain in 2008, Nikki was a private equity associate at Blum Capital Partners and an investment banking analyst at Morgan Stanley.

She earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and also holds a bachelor’s degree in economics, summa cum laude, from Macalester College, where she was elected into Phi Beta Kappa society.
