Mike DuVall leads the Operations solution within our Advanced Manufacturing & Services practice. He specializes in helping clients leverage their operations to create competitive advantages and drive growth through transformative improvements in cost, service, quality, and throughput.

With more than 25 years of management consulting experience, Mike has advised industry leaders on their most significant opportunities and challenges.

He is a recognized expert in operations strategy, with deep expertise in supply chain reinvention, manufacturing footprint optimization, make-versus-buy decisions, complexity management, and the application of automation and Industry 4.0 technologies.

Before joining our team, Mike led the U.S. supply chain practice at a global strategy consulting firm. He began his career at Caterpillar, where he gained hands-on experience in manufacturing engineering and management roles.

Mike holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
