Marcus Leonard

Marcus Leonard is a leader in our Performance Improvement practice and is also a member of our Procurement, Higher Education and Social Impact practices.

With nearly a decade of experience in management consulting, Marcus has worked on a broad range of projects, including retail, higher education, chemicals, aerospace and defense, and technology. Through these experiences, he has also developed expertise in strategy, change management, and cost transformation.

Outside of his client work, Marcus is an instrumental member of Bain Chicago's leadership team as it relates to topics of diversity, equity and inclusion. He is a leader in the BABs and BGLAD efforts where he leads many of our recruiting and retention efforts.

Before Bain, Marcus worked in Investment Banking in New York City. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Yale University and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
