Manuel De Soto

Manuel de Soto is an expert in Bain's Industrials/Advanced Manufacturing Systems and Private Equity practices.

Manuel primarily advises clients in the construction, infrastructure, logistics, paper and pulp and metals industries and holds deep expertise in the areas of strategy, performance improvement, commercial excellence, ESG and M&A. He has led engagements addressing full potential strategy and implementation, sales & channel effectiveness, ESG implementation and monetization, as well as commercial due diligence within his target practices.

Prior to joining Bain in 2013, Manuel spent several years leading a BU in the Spanish subsidiary of a large international industrial company.

He holds an MBA from Darden Business School (UVA) and a bachelor's degree in business management from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
