Luca Penna

Luca Penna is a member of our Financial Services and Corporate Finance practices, and has over 15 years of consulting experience with Bain.

In recent years, Luca has focused on advising national and international banks on strategy and large transformation programs, developing particularly deep expertise in corporate banking, credit & risk management, NPL management and deleveraging programs.

He has additional experience in corporate & financial turnarounds, corporate reorganization and performance improvement across a range of industries and geographies.

Prior to joining Bain in 2000, Luca worked with Borsa Italiana in the Listing Division.

Luca graduated with honors in finance at the Bocconi University in Milan and attended the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration.
