Lars Jacob Bø

Lars Jacob Bø is a leader in our Financial Services practice and a member of our Oil & Gas and Energy & Natural Resources practices.

He has more than three decades of experience advising the top management of national, multinational, and global organizations. He specializes in working with clients across the banking, insurance, asset management, and stock exchange spheres.

His recent work includes major transformation, M&A, and post-merger integration efforts for banking and insurance clients. 

Lars Jacob also holds deep experience advising oil and gas operators and services companies, especially on organization and governance.

Prior to joining us in 2007, he was a partner at another global consulting firm. He also worked as a senior engineer in the oil and gas division of Det Norske Veritas.

He holds an MBA from INSEAD and an M. Sc. from the Norwegian Institute of Technology.
