Kim Field

Kim Field is a leader in the global Bain Academy.

Kim works with clients to create end-to-end client capability building experiences, both designing and delivering content for client teams all over the world. She is a certified MBTI Instructor, Scrum Master and Product Owner credentialed by Scrum Inc., as well as a certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator.  

Since joining us in 2012, Kim has extensively advised clients in the Private Equity, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Financial Services, and Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) spheres. Her specializations include commercial and operational due diligence, post-acquisition strategy, customer strategy and go-to-market planning.

Before relocating to London, Kim spent time working in both our Johannesburg and San Francisco offices.

She also previously worked as a retail banking analyst for Nedbank.

She holds an MBA from INSEAD and a bachelor’s degree in economics, with first-class honours, from the University of Cape Town.
