Kenzo Nagaoka

Kenzo Nagaoka is a member of our Business Transformation practice. 

For 20 years', Kenzo has supported clients as a turnaround manager and performance improvement specialist.

His motto is to dive deeply in to client business with a hands-on approach, realize tangible bottom line impact by end to end support from strategy development to implementation and actual return cultivation.

As well as cost savings, Kenzo has led many projects for revenue growth and margin improvement.

In addition to consulting work, Kenzo has been appointed interim management roles such as interim CEO, COO and CRO of client companies both in Japan and overseas.

Prior to joining us, Kenzo was a managing director and partner for two other global consulting firms.

Kenzo earned his Bachelor of Economics degree from Keio university.
