Kelly Swaintek

Kelly Boone Swaintek is a member of our Utilities & Renewables practice.

Kelly has extensive experience in sustained cost transformations in utilities. She has completed more than 30 due diligences across industries, including technology, healthcare, industrial goods & services, retail, consumer products and education.

In addition to her client work, Kelly leads Veterans at Bain, which is responsible for recruiting, developing and retaining veterans across our global offices. She also formerly led our consultant recruiting efforts in the Bay Area.

Prior to joining the firm, Kelly served as an Engineer Officer in the United States Army.

Kelly earned an MBA from Columbia Business School and graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a BS in Economics.
