Kaoru Perkins

Kaoru Perkins is a member of our Strategy and Results Delivery® practices.

She has 13 years of consulting experience (based in Tokyo, New York, Dubai) across a range of industries, including consumer products, financial services, retail and industrial goods. She advises both multinational and Japanese clients on issues ranging from transformation, governance, operating model, corporate strategy, customer strategy & marketing, PMI to DE&I related issues.

Before Bain, Kaoru worked for a non-profit organization in Southeast Asia.

Kaoru holds a bachelor's degree in economics and international relations from the University of Washington.
