Jens Buur Madsen is a member of our Consumer Products (CP) and Strategy practices.
Jens recently served as a partner Qvartz prior to the firm's integration with us, which collectively formed our new Nordics practice, in early 2020. During his 13-year tenure, he served as head of the firm’s Strategy practice.
In addition to developing and implementing corporate and BU strategies, Jens's key capability areas cover organizational development and business transformation.
Within the consumer products sphere, he mainly focuses on food and beverage. His key client achievements include:
- Driving a new global growth strategy for a ~€10B dairy player, emphasizing organic growth and value creation through innovation and branding;
- Charting a new corporate strategy for a ~50B DKK conglomerate, focusing on market prioritization and risk assessment; and
- Designing and implementing a new operating model for a leading global company with ~20K employees, which involved labor-relations management across 50+ markets.
Jens holds an M.Sc. in Accounting and Business from Aston Business School (UK) and an M.Eng. in Industrial Management from Aalborg University.
