James Cleary

James Cleary is a member of our Healthcare & Life Sciences and Private Equity practices. He has more than 10 years of experience in consulting serving investors and healthcare companies.

Since joining Bain, James has developed deep expertise across a variety of healthcare businesses serving corporate clients, financial investors, and portfolio companies in corporate strategy and due diligence work.

James's PE experience spans the healthcare value chain, including medtech, pharma services, payers, providers, pharmacy, and related technology solutions.

Prior to joining us, James worked at a boutique consulting firm serving pharma, biotech, and PBM clients across a variety of commercialization and R&D strategy projects.

James earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and A.B. in government from Harvard University.
