Isabela Padovan

Isabela Padovan is a member of our Agile practice.

She is an experienced professional working with Digital and Agile transformations across financial services, particularly working with companies with a low level of agile maturity.

Isabela is a specialist in agile methods (Scrum & Kanban), SAFe framework, project management with PMBoK, portfolio management with OKRs and also training.

She holds a post graduate degree in Digital Business and Sustainable Innovation, as well as an undergraduate degree in Economics. Isabela also has a keen interest in studying diversity, equality and sustainable ways of working,

Isabela is a professional with high autonomy, leadership skills, problem solving and communication skills, with experience in leading teams of agilists. She is a Portuguese speaker, but can also communicate in English, Spanish and understands some Danish as well.
