Homer Paneri

Homer Paneri is an active contributor to our Private Equity and Healthcare & Life Sciences practices.

With nearly two decades of experience, Homer has worked in private equity, consulting, and as an entrepreneur. He holds extensive experience in diligence, fundraising, and evaluating investment themes across healthcare sectors.

Homer has served clients across India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, where he advised them on corporate due diligence, merger integration, firm strategy, marketing excellence, value creation, and full potential strategy covering the spectrum of pharma and life sciences value chain.

Prior to joining Bain, Homer worked as a private equity investor. He is also the Co-founder of iGenetic Diagnostics, a technology-led pathology services provider.

Homer earned an MBA in Finance from London Business School and graduated as a chemist and chemical engineer from the University of California, Berkeley.
