Henning Huenteler

Henning Huenteler is a member of our Sustainability & Responsibility Practice, focused on climate change and carbon markets.

He has more than 10 years of experience in global carbon markets. Much of his work has centered on South Asia, China and Latin America.

Henning advises global, cross-industrial clients on their climate change strategies and their engagement of carbon markets and investment into nature based solutions as means to implement them. He is a deep expert on the generation, trading and procurement of carbon credits.

Furthermore, Henning has deep expertise in carbon accounting and the quantification of Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions for global corporates and financial investors.

In addition to his client-facing work, Henning leads our own efforts to decarbonize our operations locally in the Amsterdam office.

He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a master's degree in Nuclear Physics from the University of Muenster, Germany.
