Giulia Gargioni

Giulia Gargioni has extensive experience building new businesses for our clients combining our Strategy expertise and Vector capabilities, especially Innovation and Design.

She has worked with clients from multiple industries, both in the B2B and B2C spaces, to explore opportunities for innovation. Her work primarily involves diagnosing innovation portfolio, analyzing investment themes, and supporting the design and launch of new products and businesses. Her case work has also involved several due dilligences in the growth space.

In 2021, Giulia led our local Vector team in South America through a significant transformation, and the launch of our Innovation Hub in 2023.

She is passionate about people development, having served as a trainer and program manager at multiple Bain global training sessions; she is also a member of our local Performance Committee.

Giulia holds an engineering degree from University of Sao Paulo and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
