Frank Lesmeister

Dr. Frank Lesmeister is a member of the firm's Performance Improvement practice.

For almost 20 years, Frank has advised industrial goods, automotive, pharma and medtec companies across Europe, Asia and the Americas.

He holds extensive experience in manufacturing footprint, manufacturing organization, lean production systems, maintenance strategies and quality management, as well as in-depth expertise in implementing international transformation and efficiency programs.

Before joining Bain, Frank worked for another major consultancy for more than 10 years.

He holds a master's degree and a Ph.D. in mechanical engineering from RWTH Aachen University, as well as a master's degree in economics and an MBA from the University of Hagen.
