Daniele Cozzi

Daniele is a member of our Consumer Products and Strategy practices. He joined Bain in 2013 and has worked across Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Central America, and South America.

Daniele primarily advises leading consumer goods companies in the food and beverage sectors. He has also served clients in various industries, including private equity, retail, agribusiness, infrastructure, telecommunication, banking, gaming, and payments.

Daniele’s main areas of expertise include business unit and corporate strategy, M&A, route-to-market strategy, revenue management, perfect sales execution, marketing acceleration, operating model redesign and commercial due diligences.

He holds an MBA with Distinction from London Business School, as well as an MSc in mathematical engineering with honors from the Politecnico of Milano.

In his personal time, Daniele is a passionate violinist, sailor and ballroom dancer. He enjoys trekking, skiing and scuba-diving.
