Cindy Skaruppa

Since joining Bain in 2005, Cindy has conducted extensive commercial and operational due diligence for private equity and corporate clients. She has also honed deep expertise in portfolio company value creation for technology and services organizations. 

Cindy's additional capabilities include growth strategy, cost reduction and organizational effectiveness.

Throughout her tenure with Bain, she has been actively involved in the firm's social impact efforts.

She holds an MBA and a Master of Education from Stanford University, from which she graduated as an Arjay Miller Scholar. She also holds a bachelor's degree in finance and accounting, with high honors, from the University of Michigan Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
