Carla Nasr is a member of our Performance Improvement and Accelerated Performance Transformation practices.

Carla has more than 14 years of operational, general management, and performance improvement experience in both advisory and management roles. She specializes in leading organizations through holistic performance improvement transformations.

She has served companies across industries, including consumer goods, retail, telecommunications, healthcare, industrials, and technology. She holds expertise in topics related to cost improvement, inventory management, sales and operational planning, and complexity reduction.

She earned an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University.
