Anup Juneja

Anup Juneja is an expert in our Performance Improvement (PI) practice.

A support function transformation specialist, Anup has successfully led various projects spanning cost transformation, intelligent automation and target operating model design. His current work focuses on finance function transformation.

Prior to joining the firm, he worked for multiple international banking firms, focusing on global cost optimization and the setup of cross-functional shared services operations. He also served as a senior manager for another global consulting firm in Europe, where he worked closely with large Financial Services clients across Banking and Insurance.

Anup earned a PG Diploma in Management, focusing on finance and marketing, from Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management. He also holds a B.A. in English, with honors, from University of Delhi.
