A.J. Koss

A.J. is a member of our Enterprise Technology and Financial Services practices.

He has worked with some of the largest financial services firms in the world, leading transformations of their enterprise technology organizations. His work primarily focuses on enterprise technology strategy and operating model design.

In addition to his work with our clients, A.J. is a leader in Veterans at Bain, Bain's network for veterans of the armed forces. He also leads the Atlanta office's annual community impact activities.

Prior to joining Bain, A.J. served as an infantry officer in the United States Army for eight years. He holds a B.S. from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business.
