Overview

When Banca Investis required an innovation of its service model, generative AI offered a key boost. We helped the company develop and launch an AI-based investment advisory app that increases the frequency of touchpoints between customers and the bank while also improving the quality of the customer experience.

Outcomes

To create a distinctive experience, we designed a market-first, generative AI–powered platform that plays the role of a “digital junior banker” in supporting customers and bankers. The NIWA app analyzes more than 500 pieces of information and research daily, including customers’ financial assets, characteristics, and preferences, to provide a hyperpersonalized experience. Key features include tailored financial insights and market news, along with a chatbot that provides live, real-time answers to questions about investment portfolios and financial news. Additionally, NIWA highlights key customer interactions, empowering bankers to improve engagement. With its pioneering launch, Banca Investis sets the bar as the first bank in the Italian market to rapidly deploy a comprehensive generative AI application for private customers.
