        What:We invite experienced professionals who identify as women to join us for a four-week programme, consisting of exclusive content and networking sessions at our London office and culminating in interviews for our Associate Consultant and Senior Associate Consultant positions.Discover the possibilities a consulting career can offer. Through hands-on coaching and real-world problem-solving, you’ll gain practical skills and insights from Bain experts. Paired with a dedicated Bain buddy, you’ll engage in interactive sessions, develop consulting experience and build the skills to tackle critical business challenges and prepare you for your Bain interviews.Designed for individuals eager to make a meaningful impact, this programme offers a supportive environment to help you achieve your ambitions. Taking part in our Bain Connect Programme is an excellent opportunity to meet a cohort of inspirational women from across the UK and hear about the impact we create at Bain. We truly believe our supportive culture can help you achieve your full potential, and we can’t wait to meet you.  Who:This program is open to ambitious individuals with 2-6 years of work experience who identify as women. We welcome applications from all industries and degree types. You will need to upload a copy of your CV and complete all application questions prior to final submission.
