What you'll do
Business Partnering & Employee Development:
- Serve as a trusted advisor on HR / Professional Development (PD) policies, professional development growth and performance support for consulting staff
- Implement and support HR & talent development programs
- Manage Bain flex programs (Leave of Absence, Externships, Business School sponsorships, etc.) ensuring smooth processes and agreements
- Coordinate People Council (leadership) meetings and maintain engagement with consulting staff and relevant stakeholders
Performance Review:
- Drive the bi-annual performance review process for consulting staff, ensuring fair and structured evaluations
- Oversee Upward Feedback/ 360 evaluations, ensuring accurate collection and reporting
- Ensure performance reviews meet Bain’s standards, flagging any issues
People Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze key HR data (hiring trends, attrition, and workforce movement)
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership
- Maintain and update performance review dashboards and stakeholder reports
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelors’ Degree in HR; Talent Management; Business-related fields
- 5+ years of HR experience, ideally in HR Business Partnering, Performance Review, or People Analytics experience within a professional services firm
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) – you can engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Highly organized with a problem-solving mindset – you thrive in fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and data-savvy – comfortable handling HR analytics, reporting, and Excel
- A team player who is passionate about creating a great employee experience
