WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are currently looking for a Recruiting Coordinator with previous experience from a fast paced, results oriented environment, to strengthen our dynamic Oslo team. Our corporate culture is high pace, fun & international with strong emphasis on quality and professionalism.

As part of our Nordic recruiting team, you will be responsible for coordinating the end-to-end recruiting processes in Norway and make sure our local recruitment activities and employer branding activities run efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

You play a key role to attract, nurture and recruit our next generation of talented Consultants from the best academic institutions. You are the main point of contact for recruits, thrive in building relationships with them as you coordinate the recruiting process. In addition, you execute the employer branding activities for our Oslo office with the highest possible standard. 

In this role you coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process for consultants and interns, which includes:

  • Manage the candidate pipeline, drive the screening process, coordinate interview days as well as the offer and closing process
  • Provide input to local recruiting strategy and execute activity plans together with school teams
  • Be first point of contact for recruits and internal consultant team
  • Manage recruitment events (planning, execution and follow up - on campus or inhouse)
  • Coordinate and manage the local internship programme
  • Work closely with the Nordic and local recruiting team to implement best practices and help drive continuous improvements
  • Manage recruitment budget and statistical analysis

ABOUT YOU

  • B.A. degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • Experience in recruitment and/or similar coordination role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in written and spoken Norwegian and English

You have good attention to detail with ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments, juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
