Job Summary

Based in our Global Business Services office in Warsaw, the role is to provide high quality finance assistance on Global Accounting processes to offices located in specific region within EMEA as part of the Finance team.


Responsibilities:

  • Review monthly prepaid and prepare all necessary JE's 
  • Prepare P&L activity check to determine any incorrectly coded invoices
  • Prepare/review different account recs (accruals, accrued comp, prepaids, other current assets)
  • Prepare and review various balance sheet reconciliations
  • Financial data preparation for quarterly and annual US government surveys
  • Ad-hoc preparation of financial reports and analysis
  • Preparation of financial data for audit purposes during year-end close


Experience & Skills

  • 1-2 years of work experience working in GL 
  • University degree in a financial or quantitative field of study
  • Fluent English (C1 level)
  • Strong data analysis skills 
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills 
  • Ability to manage oneself to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Excel
