Bain Capability Network

Bain Capability Network was established in 2004 in New Delhi, and now has nodes in India and Warsaw. We are an expert client delivery team at Bain & Company that collaborates closely with global leadership and clients, offering expertise across various industries and capabilities. We offer three delivery model archetypes – off-shore, on-site and hybrid for seamless integration with case teams and practice areas.


From developing Intellectual Property to delivering end-client solutions, we house dedicated teams across all industries including Consumer Products, Retail, FS, Healthcare, etc., and specialize in core capabilities such as Private Equity, Pricing, Corporate Finance and Strategy, Data and Insights, etc.


Role in Case:

•Understand Bain case delivery process and learn Bain toolkit

•Getting familiar with hypothesis generation and basic analysis of cases

•Primary and secondary research to obtain industry-specific data across geographies. Structuring the flow of this data and drawing meaningful insights with reasonable business logic.


Role in Team:


•Learn collaborative case delivery and actively participate in team discussions.

•Present insights from research and effectively communicate it with the team.

•Manage delivery of own work stream with constant guidance from a mentor.
 

Qualification:
 

Candidate should be a Post-Graduate from XIMB (PG Batch 2026) with strong academic records. Candidates should possess excellent analytical, communication and teamwork skills; the ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are required.
