Timo Kairi

Timo Kairi is a partner and director with Bain & Company Nordic. He is the leader of the firm's Nordic Private Equity practice and a core member of the global Advanced Manufacturing & Services practice. 

Since he joined Bain in 1999, Timo has worked at the firm's Stockholm, London and Boston offices and was one of the founding members of Bain's Helsinki office.

Timo has more than 15 years of experience in management consulting, with a focus on M&A and full potential strategy in IG&S businesses. He has extensive experience in the private equity and industrial goods and services sectors, and has worked with clients to address a range of topics such as transformation, commercial due diligence and value creation.

Timo received a degree in finance and economics from The Helsinki School of Economics.
