Stefano Bosia is a member of our Communication, Media & Entertainment and Energy & Natural Resources practices.
He has worked on several extraordinary corporate transactions across the telco and energy industries in EMEA. His work has focused mainly on industry-shaping deals. He has supported major mergers and demergers from the initial deal design, through assets diligence to pre-PMI and execution phases.
Stefano is passionate about the transformational opportunities of new digital technologies and has supported several transformation programs.
Stefano holds a PhD from Ecole Polytechnique in Paris and from Politecnico di Milano and an M.Sc. in Mathematical Engineering..
In his personal time, Stefano contributes and participates in several local and international volunteering initiatives focusing on coaching and mentoring of more junior talents.
