Siddharth Nair

Siddharth Nair is a leader within our global Bain Academy℠.

He is currently dedicated to the design and delivery of executive education programs for both domestic and international Fortune 500 organizations, across a wide array of industries.

Prior to that, Siddharth accumulated 7+ years of consulting experience in the Energy & Natural Resources and Financial Services industries, with a focus on strategy & planning, full potential, customer experience and procurement.

Apart from client work, he serves as a trainer and program manager for Bain’s local and global training programs. Siddharth previously led Bain Toronto's ESPRIT team, which fosters connectivity and engagement within the office. He also served as a leader for the Toronto office's summer intern program.

Since joining Bain in 2012, Siddharth has worked in the firm's London, Toronto, and Brussels offices.

He holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and an HBA from Western University's Ivey Business School.
