Sid Mehra

Sid is a member of the firm's Private Equity practice. He has also worked in the firm's Telecommunications, Media and Technology (TMT) practice areas. 

Sid has extensive due-diligence, post acquisition and IPO support experience with a specific focus in software. From both a private equity and corporate perspective, he has worked across multiple TMT sub-sectors including cybersecurity, IT services and semiconductors.

Prior to joining Bain, Sid worked for Morgan Stanley in their European Software Equity Research practice.

Sid holds a Master of Arts (MA) in economics from the University of Edinburgh.
