Roland Sonnenberg

Roland Sonnenberg is a member of our Advanced Manufacturing & Services practice.

He has over 20 years of consulting experience working with multinational clients across a number of key industries, in both the private and public sectors, with a particular focus on aerospace & defense. His work primarily helps clients to create and deliver better outcomes from their complex programs.

A keen technology adopter, he has a long history of bringing innovative technology solutions into client situations to help the delivery of process and efficiency improvements. Such solutions range from the implementation of specialized tools through to the creation of digital twins of complex manufacturing processes to streamline and de-risk time sensitive production requirements.

Before joining us, Roly spent 21 years with another leading firm, 14 years of which as a partner, where he was most recently the aerospace & defense leader driving the growth of their practice and building a high performing multidisciplinary team.

Roly is a chartered engineer who started his career in the design and delivery of major infrastructure programs, both in the UK and internationally, following his graduation from The University of Birmingham.
