Roger Zhu

Roger Zhu is a member of our Financial Services and Advanced Analytics practices. He has more than 10 years of consulting experience, primarily focused in North America.

Roger leads Bain’s Financial Services practice, focusing on a wide range of topics including enterprise strategy, international expansion and M&A. With the emergence of generative AI, Roger has been advising many clients on GenAI strategy, use case prioritization and financial value realization, as well as developing custom applications with Bain’s data science and engineering teams. Additionally, he advises private equity and corporate clients on asset due diligences, with a focus on GenAI, fintech and payments. 

Outside of his client work, Roger is the Americas GenAI Champion, spearheading upskilling and adoption across the firm. He also leads Asians at Bain (AAB) in Boston. 

He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA (Hons) from Dartmouth College.
