Praveen Bhardwaj

Praveen Bhardwaj is a leader in our Performance Improvement practice. 

Praveen has over 18 years of experience in finance and digital transformation, operational finance leadership, technology consulting, program management, and organizational change management.  He has delivered exceptional growth for companies at a global scale and has deep expertise in shared services/GBS operating models, organizational restructuring, process consolidation and optimization.

Prior to joining us, Praveen was a Global Finance transformation leader at Mars, where he led the strategy and design for consolidation of operational finance across regions, establishment of shared services, organizational redesign and cost optimization. He also held various leadership positions in GE in finance and controllership roles, where he led the formation of global centers of excellence and executed transformation initiatives designed to consolidate, standardize and digitize finance processes.

Praveen holds an MBA from University of North Carolina and Bachelor of Commerce (Honors).  He is also a Chartered Accountant (CA) and Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
