Pierre Cabanne

Pierre Cabanne is a leader within our global Bain Academy team. Pierre works with clients on L&D and capability building topics, creating end-to-end immersive learning experiences and programs, both designing and delivering engaging and impactful sessions for teams across the world.

Pierre has advised and trained a diverse array of client on various topics including Agile innovation, Strategic Thinking and complex problem solving, Leadership development, ESG and team collaboration.

Pierre is a Registered Scrum Master™ and Registered Product Owner™ credentialed by Scrum Inc; Certified SAFe 5 Agilist and Certified MBTI Instructor.

Additionally Pierre has 10 years of strategy consulting experience advising senior executives in Private Equity, TMT, ENR, with a strong focus on Strategy, M&A, and due diligences across Europe and the Middle East.

Apart from his client work, Pierre is deeply involved with our associate consultant recruiting efforts. He is also a member of the Bain Band.

Pierre holds an M.S. in multidisciplinary engineering from École des Mines de Paris.

Outside of work Pierre is an extreme sports enthusiast and enjoys skydiving, scuba diving, kitesurfing and freeride skiing. In his spare time he enjoys travelling with his wife and daughter.
