Pauline Rueckerl

Pauline Rueckerl is a member of Bain’s global Consumer Products and Retail practices. She has more than 10 years of consulting experience working across EMEA and China.

Pauline works with senior executives to tackle their key strategic and operational issues. She has teamed up with leading retailers and global consumer products companies, across food and beverages and personal care.

She also holds significant corporate and business unit strategy experience and has led work ranging from strategy, top-line acceleration, transformation, innovation to operating model redesign and post-merger integration.

Beyond her client work, she is a leader in our DACH Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts and the founder of the local Asian at Bain affinity group.

Before joining us, Pauline studied Economics, Philosophy and Chinese Studies at Oxford University, Hong Kong University and the University of Munich. Furthermore, she has studied at Tsinghua University in Beijing and National Taiwan University to improve her Chinese.

Outside of work, Pauline is the mother of two boys, loves travelling, sailing and practicing yoga.
