Paolo Donatelli

Paolo Donatelli is a member of our Financial Services practice, with more than 10 years of consulting experience, serving a diversified range of EMEA clients, from top tier institutions to boutique players.

Paolo's current work focuses on the banking and fintech space; his project portfolio includes strategic planning, organizational design, go-to market strategy, design and implementation of solutions leveraging advanced analytics and artificial intelligence for credit and risk & regulation.

Prior to joining Bain, he was responsible for the advanced analytics department of a multinational company.

Paolo holds an M.S. in Economics and Social Sciences cum laude and a B.S. in Management for International Institutions, both from the Bocconi University in Milan.

An avid sport enthusiast, Paolo loves spending time with his wife and two children.
