Onur Kayahan

Onur Kayahan is a member of Bain & Company’s Financial Services practice.

Onur has extensive experience in working with banks and insurance companies in Turkey, Europe and the Middle East. Key themes that he focuses on are growth strategy, value proposition design, credit risk management, credit decisioning, bancassurance and non-life insurance.

He also worked on climate risk management, performance management, agile project management, commercial due diligence topics. 

Onur holds a B.S. degree with honors in Mechanical Engineering from Boğaziçi University and completed an  Executive Education in Leadership and Management program at INSEAD and the Wharton School.
