Misha has more than 12 years of experience across consulting and financial institutions. He has advised clients across the banking, NBFC, insurance, and broking spheres.

He has deep expertise in creating value in financial services through digital and digitization, ecosystems, and customer experience. He has led the design, creation, and launch of a leading Indian digital bank, as well as a wealth management ecosystem.

His additionally led projects spanning portfolio strategy refreshing, operating model, commercial due diligence, merger management, growth strategy, and customer experience.

Prior to joining us, Misha worked with another global consulting firm and spent time in the banking industry at HSBC and IDFC FIRST Bank.

He holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.
