Martin Rous

Martin Rous is a member of Bain’s Advanced Manufacturing and Services and Corporate Strategy and Finance practices.

Martin is an expert in business unit and corporate strategy as well as complex transformation projects in the area of industrial goods. Within industrials, he mainly works with clients in machinery, plant engineering, construction and industrial services.

His recent case work includes a number of large-scale portfolio transformation programs with a strong M&A and corporate finance focus.

Martin holds a master’s degree in finance and economics from the London School of Economics and earned a PhD in finance from the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland).
