Jungkyu Lim

Jungkyu Lim is an expert in the firm's Energy & Natural Resources and Advanced Manufacturing & Services practices.

Since joining Bain, he has served clients in a wide variety of industries including heavy industry(oil & gas, steel, and chemical), EV-related business(EV, EV battery, etc.), and the private equity sector. He has extensive experience in corporate strategy areas such as full potential strategy, new business strategy, global expansion strategy, and M&A. He has also led organization and corporate culture projects for change management and organizational transformation.

He joined Bain as an associate consultant in 2008. Prior to Bain, he worked at Samsung Electronics as a semiconductor engineer.

He is a graduate of Seoul National University with a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and earned an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.
