Jen Smith

Jen Smith is a member of our Private Equity and Technology & Cloud Services practices. She is also a core member of our Advanced Analytics and Vector℠ practices.

Jen specializes in commercial and operational due diligence for private equity clients, as well as portfolio company value creation for technology clients.

Her sector specializations include SaaS, vertical and horizontal software, IaaS, IT services, salestech and martech, and infrastructure software.  She is also an expert in fund strategy, operational benchmarking, sector screening and review, and digital marketing.

Her diverse client portfolio spans Europe, the Americas and Africa.

Prior to initially joining us in 2010, Jennifer worked in private equity for Insight Partners.

She holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and Bachelor’s degrees in history and astrophysics, cum laude, from Harvard University.

Jen is a mom to three young daughters, as well as an active tennis player, runner, triathlete and hiker.
