Jane Cohen

Jane Cohen is a member of our Consumer Products and Retail practices.

With more than 20 years of experience in both consulting and senior executive roles, Jane has partnered with consumer brands in driving growth and delivering performance improvement, particularly across the retail, e-commerce, and logistics spheres. She has designed and delivered operational, customer, and digital transformations and led large, multi-disciplinary teams and P&Ls.

After starting her career with us, Jane progressed to senior executive roles in strategic leadership and transformation at Australia Post, Pacific Brands Group, and Coles Supermarkets. She also led the customer and retail strategy practice of another top consulting firm.

Jane holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School and bachelor's degrees in engineering, with honors, and mathematics from the University of Melbourne.
