He has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare and life sciences sector, helping top global companies develop growth and innovation strategies.
Iori supports a wide range of corporate and business unit strategies, with an emphasis on new business development and innovation management. In particular, he has deep expertise in selecting a strong R&D pipeline for both disruptive and sustainable innovation and streamlining the R&D process to improve the effectiveness of portfolio management.
Prior to joining Bain, he worked for a Japanese medical device company for more than 10 years. He then joined the Tokyo office of another global strategy consulting firm.
Iori holds an MBA from Vlerick Business School (Brussels) and a BA from Waseda University. He is fluent in Japanese and English.
