Hiroaki Adachi

Hiroaki Adachi is an expert in our Full Potential Transformation practice, specializing in procurement, supply chain, and support functions.

Throughout his career, Hiroaki has worked across a range of industries, such as manufacturing, consumer goods and services, technology, financial services, and retail.

He also has extensive consulting experience in corporate and digital strategy, customer strategy and marketing, and customer loyalty (NPS®).

He earned his master's degree in technology management, as well as his bachelor's degree in engineering, from the University of Tokyo.
