Henrik Madsen

Henrik Madsen is a part of our Nordic leadership team and a member of our EMEA Utilities and Renewables practice.

He recently served as a partner for Qvartz prior to the firm's integration with us, which collectively formed our new Nordics practice, in early 2020. While there, he led the firm’s internal people development efforts.

Henrik’s client work focuses mainly on renewables and electrification, where he has leveraged his deep expertise on more than 100 projects across Europe and North America. He has worked across the entire value chain, including utilities, OEMs, sub-suppliers and institutional investors.

His capability expertise covers strategy, organization and people, tender excellence, and service (particularly O&M and asset management).

He holds an M.Sc. in Finance and Strategic Management from Copenhagen Business School (CBS). He spent part of his academic career at ITESM, Mexico.
