Harshil Shah is a member of Bain's Healthcare and Life Sciences and Private Equity practices.

Harshil has experience across a range of industry sectors including healthcare providers and services, medtech, and pharmaceuticals holding expertise in private equity due diligence and post-acquisition value creation. As well as topics related to corporate and business unit strategy and customer strategy and marketing.

Prior to joining Bain, Harshil has worked for multiple consulting firms advising on a range of topics from post-merger integration, international expansion strategies, and change management strategy.

He holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and Anthropology from Dartmouth College.
