Gustavo Strutz Banchieri de Paula

Gustavo is a member of our Advanced Manufacturing & Services practice.

He has vast experience advising clients on projects spanning from strategy definition to the delivery of initiatives, especially complex performance improvement, transformation, and integration programs.

Gustavo is an expert in aviation, having advised multiple global clients in the airline and in the aerospace & defense industries.

He has worked in the US, Latin America, Europe and the Middle East and spends a substantial share of his time in international, multi-cultural, engagements.

Prior to joining us, Gustavo has worked for a major Latin American airline, in the engineering & maintenance and the supply chain departments.

Gustavo holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Sao Paulo.
